The Art Café organises creative activities in the form of open sessions (open café) and guided sessions (workshops). By purchasing a ticket or participating in an activity, you agree to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

Reservations & Payment

Participation is only possible with a pre-booked ticket or deposit. A reservation is final once payment has been received.

Cancellations

Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before the event, unless stated otherwise. Cancellations within this period or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. If The Art Café cancels an event, the paid amount will be refunded.

Liabilities

Participation in activities is entirely at your own risk. The Art Café is not liable for damage to clothing, personal belongings, or physical injury. During workshops, materials such as paint and tools are used; participants are responsible for their own use of these materials.

Pop-up concept

The Art Café is a temporary pop-up concept and currently in a testing phase. Programs, times, or content may therefore change.

Personal data

We only collect personal data that is necessary for our services, including name, email address, (Optional) phone number, payment details, information you provide when making a reservation or signing up, visual material (photos/videos), if applicable

Personal data usage

We use your personal data only for processing reservations and payments, communication about events, sending newsletters (only if you have subscribed), administrative and organisational purposes, promotional communication (such as photos of events)

Processing of personal data

Personal data is processed via Tebi (payments & reservations), Squarespace (website & newsletter), The Art Café (internal administration). We handle personal data with care and do not share it with third parties unless legally required.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to function properly and to gain insight into website usage. You can manage or disable cookies at any time via your browser settings.

Photos & content

During activities and events at The Art Café, photos and videos may be taken for communication and promotional purposes. By participating, you give permission for this use. If you appear recognisably in an image and prefer this not to be used, please contact us and we will remove the content as soon as possible from our own channels.
